🎓 Program Overview
The Type D Scholarship is a one-year partial scholarship program designed for international students seeking affordable Chinese language or academic study opportunities in China with reduced tuition fees and flexible language admission requirements.

🏆 Under this scholarship policy:
🔹 Original tuition fee: 15,000 RMB per year
🔹 Tuition fee after scholarship: 7,000 RMB per year
This scholarship significantly reduces study expenses, making the program more accessible for international students interested in long-term study in China.

📘 The program accepts applicants aged between 18 and 30 years old. Students who have previously studied in China are eligible to apply, while minors are not accepted.

🌍 Applicants may apply regardless of their current location. However, due to admission restrictions, the university currently does not accept applicants from several countries, including Yemen, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Azerbaijan, Syria, Israel, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

📚 The university accepts:
🔹 Students with zero Chinese language foundation
🔹 Students with HSK Level 2–3 proficiency
This makes the program suitable for both beginners and students with basic Chinese language skills.

🏠 The university provides shared quad-room accommodation with an accommodation fee of 3,000 RMB per year.

📑 Required application documents include:
🔹 Passport-sized photo
🔹 Passport ID page valid for more than one year
🔹 Academic transcripts
🔹 Highest degree diploma
🔹 Foreigner physical examination form according to Hunan Provincial Department requirements
🔹 AIDS and syphilis laboratory test reports
🔹 Non-criminal record certificate
🔹 Bank statement showing more than 20,000 RMB balance
🔹 University application forms
🔹 Valid residence permit or visa for applicants currently in China
🔹 Study certificate and transcript for students who previously studied in China

⚠️ Students are required to pay a 500 RMB non-refundable school registration fee after receiving the pre-admission notice.

⚠️ Important payment procedures:
🔹 After the JW202 form is approved, students must pay the tuition fee before the university issues the official admission documents
🔹 Accommodation fees must be paid within two weeks after receiving the official admission materials

💡 Accommodation fees, registration fees, personal living expenses, and other daily costs are not covered by the scholarship and must be paid separately by students.
